Well, not really. But I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed to not be moving on in the SF Funk it Up! contest. I really liked my layout, but there were some other really great ones (check them out here). Funny - I didn't want to enter the contest in the first place, but did it anyway at the urging of one of the designers I work with. I learned a valuable lesson - I won't enter another one in the future...lol. I do not have the personality to weather this specific type of rejection well. You know when you work on something for awhile and put alot of your time, effort and soul into it and then this group of people determines that it isn't as "good" as the other ones. I sound bitter here, but really (and I mean *really*) I am not. This whole digiscrapping world is relatively new to me (6 months now) and I love what it has brought to my life - the people, the creativity, the expression, the technology, etc. So, I will stick with what I like about this craft and forget about the rest.
